Provides support, resources, and services for the children impacted by the incarceration of a loved one, as well as their caregivers and present and formerly incarcerated family members.
Horses Healing Humans
Horses Healing Humans supports SHIFTurn and their mental wellness programming by offering equine assisted psychotherapy to SHIFTurn participants.
Mount St. Mary’s University
SHIFTurn facilitates Life Skills Workshops for Mount St. Mary’s Division of Continuing Studies and Center for Lifelong Learning designed to support the personal and professional growth of learners from all backgrounds.
12 - To - 24 Collaborative
SHIFTurn Collective are Members of the 12-To-24 Collaborative. The 12-to-24 Collaborative is a network of youth-serving organizations who have come together with the shared goal of enhancing outcomes for emerging adults in Frederick County.
Frederick Rescue Mission - Faith House
SHIFTurn facilitates Life Skills Workshops, provides job support, and shares opportunities for participants at the Faith House shelter and apartments.
City of Frederick - Next Steps
SHIFTurn is on-site at the Next Steps Drop-In Program every Tuesday & Thursday to provide Life Skills Workshops, Workforce Readiness Training, and Resource Navigation for participants.
