Our Programs

Possibility to Purpose: Emerging adults ages 18-25

SHIFTurn’s Possibility to Purpose program equips emerging adults with essential tools for success through a series of 10 core life skills workshops focused on independence, life planning, and career readiness. Participants build confidence and clarity as they develop practical skills to navigate adulthood and pursue purposeful paths.

Path to Possibility: Youth ages 16-17

Path to Possibility provides early intervention by building foundational life skills such as communication, emotional regulation, and decision-making before youth reach the critical transition into adulthood. Participants engage in life planning while learning the tools necessary to help them achieve and sustain independence.

Purpose in Practice: Women ages 18-25

Purpose in Practice addresses the unique barriers young women face, including higher rates of underemployment, housing instability, and mental health challenges. This cohort-based program strengthens communication, self-advocacy, and stress management, while connecting participants to support networks and community resources that support stability and independence.
