At SHIFTurn Collective, our mission supports emerging adults by integrating with existing programming to foster a sense of community and growth. By creating a collective space, we ignite transformation for emerging adults (18-25) and encourage them to develop life skills, embrace potential, and confidently step into the workforce.

We partner with the community to support emerging adults and turn their challenges into possibilities. With mental wellness support, resource navigation and career exposure, we help them discover a future full of purpose and resilience.

We imagine a world where every emerging adult, no matter their story, has the opportunity to craft their own narrative.
